"Mongolian copper prospecting group" LLC and its affiliates currently own 13 exploration and 2 mining license area. In 2021, we have purchased exploration licensed areas by winning the tender and completed gradual geological surveys. We have spent 2.000.000 USD on tender, license purchase, geological surveys, taxes and fees paid to the state. The company's main goal target is copper, gold, tungsten mineralization and has recently been exploring REE, lithium, cobalt and molybdenum. "Zuchi resources" LLC, affiliated to "MCPG" LLC, own 3 exploration licensed areas covering 4200 hectares, located in Tsengel, Altantsugts and Bugat soums of Bayan-Ulgii aimag in the western part of Mongolia. These exploration licensed areas have the advantages of being 70-80 km from commercial ports, which border Russia and China, and bordering the Khovd Gol deposit, which contains 5-21 percent of wolframite. The Altai Mountains and Lake belts in western part of Mongolia are in W, Au, Cu-Pb-Zn (VMS), and copper porphyries mineralization and this region is connected to the "Rudny Altai" belt, which has high prospects to Kazakhstan and Russia. More than 1,000 large and small deposits have been discovered and exploited in the "Rudny Altai" region, and new deposits are still being discovered. In recent years, large deposits have been discovered in the Altai Mountains and Lake Regions, which are a direct continuation of this region. For instance: Khan-Altai deposit of gold-pyrites (~ 80tn Au), Cu-Au Maikhan Ulaan deposit and Sharga occurrence, Khukh Adar deposit of Cu-VMS. In 2021 and 2022 we have purchased 7 areas including Мо+Cu porphyry in Delger soum of Gobi-Altai aimag named "Talyn tolgod" (XV-016040, XV-016041, 12345.4 hectares), Mn-Co in Undurshil and Gurvansaikhan soum of Dornogovi aimag named "Shargyn uul" (1874.45 hectares), gold placer in Jargalant soum of Tuv aimag named "Nuga" (173.53 hectares), in Khairkhandulaan soum of Uvurkhangai aimag named “Khonkhor us” (4088.78 hectares), in Khuvsgul soum of Dorno-gobi aimag named (125.83 hectares), in Guchin-Us soum of Uvurkhangai aimag named “Tsagaan ovoo” (858.38 hectares) through a tender announced by "MRPAM" (Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority agency) and from other companies.
