Mongolian Copper Prospecting Group LLC (MCPG) was established in May 2021 as a company with 100% domestic investment.\n\n

Mongolian Copper Prospecting Group LLC and its affiliated companies currently hold five exploration licences and one mining licence covering mineral prospective areas in Mongolia. In 2021, we acquired exploration-licensed areas through competitive tenders announced by the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia (MRPAM), as well as through direct acquisitions from other business entities. Following these acquisitions, we have systematically carried out geological survey and exploration activities in accordance with the relevant stages of project development.<\/p>\n\n

To date, the Company has invested approximately USD 2,000,000 in connection with participation in competitive tenders, acquisition of licences, geological surveying and exploration activities, including taxes, fees, and other payments made to the Government of Mongolia.<\/p>\n\n

At present, the Company is conducting exploration activities at the \"Oyu Tolgoi\" (XV-021886) exploration area, located in Bayankhairkhan soum, Zavkhan Province, and at the \"Shargyn Uul\" (XV-022048) exploration area, located within the territories of Undurshil and Gurvansaikhan soums, Dundgovi Province.<\/p>\n\n

The Company's primary exploration interests are focused on copper, gold, and tungsten mineralisation. More recently, we have also expanded our exploration focus to include rare earth elements, lithium, cobalt, and molybdenum.<\/p>\n\n

Western Mongolia Exploration<\/h3>\n\n

The Company holds the \"Tsakhir Khundii Uul\" exploration licence (XV-022739), covering 3,022.16 hectares in Erdeneburen soum, Khovd Province, in western Mongolia.<\/p>\n\n

The Altai Mountains and Lakes region of western Mongolia is characterised by highly prospective mineralisation, including tungsten, gold, copper-lead-zinc volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS), and porphyry copper systems. Geologically, this region forms part of a broader metallogenic belt extending into the highly prospective Rudny Altai region of Kazakhstan and Russia.<\/p>\n\n

The Rudny Altai region hosts more than 1,000 large and small mineral deposits, several of which have already been developed and brought into production. The region remains highly active from an exploration perspective, with new deposits and mineral occurrences continuing to be discovered.<\/p>\n\n

As a direct geological continuation of the Rudny Altai metallogenic belt, the Altai Mountains and Lakes regions of Mongolia have demonstrated significant mineral exploration potential, with several major deposits and occurrences identified in recent years. Notable examples include:<\/p>\n\n
